Our History
Over 30 years ago Jordan started Jordan Casing Company. In 2008 his Nephew, Ben, started working for him and eventually took over the business. In 2019, Ben unfortunately passed away and the company was again passed down within the family. Currently Krista Kaplan is the leader and brings with her 20 years of product distribution, creative marketing skills and the best customer service in the industry. Krista and her team supply the finest natural casings to sausage makers all over California and the other 49 states. We specialize in premium DANISH casings.
